January 1998: I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, and definitely couldn’t tell my ass from an asana. So I tried yoga. One deep breath later, I was hooked. Who knew lying on the floor could be so productive?

I remember this happening but I didn't know the story or your feelings. You were always admired for being extremely smart and calm. Love learning more and as a product of abuse, certainly know how hard it is to share. Thank you
