This is so good. As a recovering people-pleaser who has definitely done a few laps in Schmuckville, I love how concrete these examples are. It’s oddly comforting to be reminded that ‘being a better human’ is mostly tiny, unsexy choices like eye contact, bigger tips, and putting the cart back.

Love this. I had a company leader who applied this in the workplace as the "no a**hole rule." It's an easy lens for self-regulation and for trusting that your colleagues are doing the same!
